We do not provide internet access, web hosting, VPN subscription services, or any service beyond IP address assignment and routing.

3Account Registration

To purchase our services you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

One subscription provides one dedicated IP address (except the Business Pack which includes three). You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your IP credentials to any third party without our prior written consent.

4Payment & Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Current plan pricing is published at stableip.ca/#pricing and is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4.2 Subscriptions

Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, bi-annual, or annual, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

4.3 Payment Processor

Payments are processed exclusively through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles all billing, invoicing, and subscription management. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal linked in your order confirmation email.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 5 days, your service may be suspended. Your IP address assignment may be released after 10 days of non-payment.

5Refund Policy

5.1 Eligible Refunds

5.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

To request a refund, email hello@stableip.ca with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6Acceptable Use Policy

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate service termination without refund.

6.1 Permitted Uses

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use your assigned IP address for:

6.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor aggregate abuse reports (such as IP reputation databases) and investigate complaints. We do not monitor the content of your internet traffic. If we determine that your IP address is being used in violation of this policy, we may suspend or terminate your service immediately and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7Service Level & Uptime

We target a 99.9% monthly uptime for our IP routing infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated to affected customers by email.

Uptime credits may be issued for sustained outages exceeding 1% of monthly availability (approximately 7.2 hours/month), at our discretion, upon request to hello@stableip.ca.

We are not responsible for outages caused by: your own internet service provider, the underlying Canadian ISP whose address pool we use, third-party platforms blocking our IPs for reasons outside our control, or force majeure events.

8Intellectual Property

All content on stableip.ca — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, software, and trade secrets — is the intellectual property of StableIP.ca or its licensors and is protected under applicable Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StableIP.ca and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

11Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Your service remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately and without notice if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other material provision of these Terms. In non-urgent cases, we will provide 7 days' written notice before termination.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your IP address credentials will be deactivated and the IP address returned to our pool. We retain your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), conducted in Toronto, Ontario, in English.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.

13Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
