To purchase our services you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:
One subscription provides one dedicated IP address (except the Business Pack which includes three). You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your IP credentials to any third party without our prior written consent.

Services are provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, bi-annual, or annual, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund if requested within 3 calendar days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email hello@stableip.ca with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

If we determine that your IP address is being used in violation of this policy, we may suspend or terminate your service immediately and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
We target a 99.9% monthly uptime for our IP routing infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated to affected customers by email.

We are not responsible for outages caused by: your own internet service provider, the underlying Canadian ISP whose address pool we use, third-party platforms blocking our IPs for reasons outside our control, or force majeure events.
